She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Wilson and Nannie Elizabeth Dixon Wilson; her husband Charles Arnold Swallows; her former husband E. Floyd Dollar; and her sisters, Carolyn Dollar and Margie Lee Beal.
She is survived by: her daughter Alicia Cox (Rutledge); her granddaughters, Laura Cox and Courtney Cox; her niece Beth Martinez (Rich); her nephew Bob Dollar (Anna); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley Martinez, Ashley Marie Varnell, Melissa Young, Stephen Martinez (Meagan), Melvin Whitehead (Lori), Brandon Dollar and Eric Dollar.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church of Dothan (1380 W Main St, Dothan, AL 36301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church of Dothan, Alabama (1380 W Main St, Dothan, AL 36301). A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the Memory Hill Cemetery (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Department at First United Methodist Church of Dothan or to the Dothan Humane Society.
