Kay Beasley Estes Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on May 23, 2026, at the age of 81, Kay Beasley Estes of Maggie Valley, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Kay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol Way and Oliver Mallard Beasley, Sr.; and her nephew Tommy Beasley. She is survived by: her husband Glen Estes; her son Scotty Breeden (Melita); her brother Mallard Beasley, Jr.; and her niece Tammy Rowe. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Kay's honor, to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
