He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Barr Johnson and George H. Johnson; his wife Linda Diane Johnson; his son Charles Phillip Johnson; and his sister Margaret Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Johnson (Morgan) and Rhonda Johnson; his grandchildren, Marley, Max Johnson, Chelsea Stone, Fortune and Valerie Johnson; his sisters, Thelma Ray (Danny) and Carolyn Lutz (Larry); and his brother-in-law Gene Anderson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home (2402 S Irby St, Florence, SC 29505). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel (2402 S Irby St, Florence, SC 29505).
