He was predeceased by: his parents, Major James and Mary Lou Bishop Kelly; and his siblings, Wilbert Earl Kelly, Adelia Bryan and Nellie Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Newkirk Kelly; his children, Jamie Kelly (Crystal) of Wallace, Jason Kelly (Jane) of Magnolia and Carrie Burch (Charles) of Rose Hill; and his great great grandchild Arnold Kelly (Elizabeth) of Magnolia. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
