She is survived by: her husband Barry Harbinson; her children, Brandon Harbinson (Casey) of Catawba and Heather Houser (Caine) of Maiden; her mother-in-law Joannah Harbinson of Maiden; her brother Thomas Propst (Janice) of Newton; her grandchildren, Cooper Houser, Cannyn Houser, Maddox Harbinson and Crew Harbinson; and her nephews, Shannon Propst and Ashley Propst.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Barbara Harbinson Legacy of Compassion Fund at Maiden Elementary School.
