He was predeceased by: his daughter Amber Brooke Millsaps. He is survived by: his parents, Rex Millsaps and Sharon Millsaps of Terrell, NC.; his wife Rene Fincannon Millsaps; his daughters, Lauren Millsaps Adams (William) of Washington, DC and Rachel Millsaps of Terrell; his sister Niki Millsaps (Adam Rouse) of Denver; his parents-in-law, Phillip and Wanda Frady of Conover; and his sisters-in-law, Angie Stone and Stephanie (Matt Cline) of Hickory.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church (725 W 13th St, Newton, NC 28658). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
