She was predeceased by: her parents, E. B. Elmore and Guy Nell Sain Elmore; her husband Robert Martin Mays; and her brother Steve Elmore. She is survived by: her daughter Trina Willis Begue (Jerami) of Lincolnton; and her grandchildren, Skylar Finley of Lincolnton, Trinity Finley of Lincolnton and Gavin Finley of Lincolnton.
