He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph E. Baker and Melba Wicker Baker; his wife Amber Buff Baker; his daughters, Buffie Eller (Larry) of Lincolnton and Ginger Hall (Brian) of Granite Falls; and his grandchildren, Jasmine Hall and Harrison Eller.

Memorials may be made to: Asbury Methodist Church or Precept Ministries, Chattanooga, TN, Burke Mortuary in Maiden is serving the Baker Family.
