He was predeceased by: his father Ken Maynard Brooks, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Carol Vivian Grogan Brooks of Maiden; his son Chad Brooks of Vale; his grandchildren, Kaylee Brooks of Hildebran and Destiny Brooks of Granite Falls; and his brother Curtis Brooks (Patti) of Crouse.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Burke Mortuary of Maiden (1101 E Maiden Rd, Maiden, NC 28650).
