She was predeceased by: her stepfather Tony Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Edwin Smith, Jr. of Hickory and Bethel Perkins Smith of Maiden; and her children, Blake Turner of Connelly Springs, Mason Smith of Marion, Ryan Smith of Maiden, Lukas Smith of Maiden and Sofia Smith of Maiden.
