He was predeceased by: his parents, R. P. Parker and Beatrice Weaver Parker; his daughter Michelle Lynn Parker; and his sister Carolyn Lineberger (Kenneth). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Schronce Parker; his daughter Tracy Titus (Michael); his grandchildren, Noah Titus and Lydia Titus; his brother Lanny Parker (Judy); his sibling's children, Andrea Roberts (Alan), Angie Bumpious (Keith), Bryan Lineberger, Curt Parker (Carol) and Dale Parker; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexis, Adam, Andrew, Addie Bea and Lane.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mountain View Baptist Church (5045 E Maiden Rd, Maiden, NC 28650). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
