He was predeceased by: his father Edward Crafton; and his brother Joe Gaither Crafton. He is survived by: his wife Judy Caldwell Crafton; his children, Darin Crafton (Nikki) and Holly Crafton-Lay (Richard Lay); his sister Deborah Parker (Terry); his granddaughter Bailey Crafton of Maiden; and his stepgrandchildren, Joshua Lay (Kayla), Andrea Lay, Jessica Lay of Lexington, NC and Blake Lay of Sophia, NC. He is also survived by seven step-great-grandchildren.
