She was predeceased by : her parents, Lee Heavner and Eather Smith Heavner; her husband Clyde A. Hatchett; her son Larry Eugene Hatchett; and her brothers, Roy, Ralph, Gene of Paul, J. D. and Herman Heavner.

She is survived by : her son Allen Hatchett (Kay) of Maiden; her grandsons, Dwayne Hatchett (Melissa) of Maiden and Dr. Darryl Hatchett (Lorie) of Lincolnton; her great grandchildren, Cody, Caleb, Zack Hatchett and Zoey Hatchett; and her sisters-in-law, Irene Heavner and Lorene Heavner.
