He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard H. Nettnin and Shirley J. Nettnin. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his sons, Randall Fleming and David Bradley, Jr.; his granddaughters, Emma Grace and Emma Marie; his brother Jeff Nettnin (Faith); his nephews, Eric and Jarrett; his niece Kathleen; and his sister Terry Harne (Rodney).
