With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Louise Albarty in Manteo, North Carolina, born in Murphy, North Carolina, who passed away on October 29, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Doris Hill Rogers and Frank Varner Rogers. She is survived by : her husband Jeff Albarty; her children, Amanda Albarty and Lee Albarty (Amy); her granddaughter Grace Albarty of Manteo; and her sister Marian Rogers Sparks of Murphy. She is also survived by her family, friends.
