Louisa Fleming Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louisa Fleming in Maple, North Carolina, who passed away on December 5, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Harold Eugene Troutman. She is survived by: her siblings, Catherine Smith, Ellen Zaig, John Samuel Troutman, David L. Troutman (Rudy), Alice Dawson, Joe M. Troutman and Susan Black; her extended family Louisa; and her stepdaughter Courtney Fleming. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews and her large extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Louisa's memory to Hospice and Palliative Care of Iredell County.
