He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Rowland (Cowboy) and Virgie Payne Rowland; his siblings, Mary Ruth Martin and David Rowland; his mother-in-law Nellie Sue Graham; and his brother-in-law Trampas Graham.
He is survived by: his wife Ida Sue Rowland; his children, Kristen Rowland of Georgia, Brandy Rowland of Georgia, Patti Morris of Georgia, Shannon Rowland (Sara) of Georgia and Timmy Rowland of Georgia; his brothers, Gary Rowland of Marble and Rev. Ronnie; and his sisters-in-law, Annette Palmer, Judy Graham (Jerry Sisum) and Sherri Rowland. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; four great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
