She is survived by: her husband Rev. Charles E. Atkins; her children, Richie Atkins (Sheri) and Sherry Atkins Buchanan (Timothy); her son-in-law Darrell Wright; and her sister Martha Burleson (Reid). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
