He is survived by: his wife Elaine Biddix Shook; his daughters, Michelle (David), Joanie (Thomas) and Lacey; his stepchildren, Brandi, Heather and Bobby; his sisters, Beverly, Debbie and Kathy; his grandchildren, Jimmy, Courtney (Chris), Shae, Mathew, Jonathan (Paula), Zachary, Grace, Charlie, Wyatt, Tyler and Brandon; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Lillian and Camdon.
