She was predeceased by: her parents, Melba Edith Barlow and William Leland Blackburn; and her husband Robert Tate. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Tate (Crystal) and Wade Tate; her granddaughter Heather; and her caregiver Pam Smith. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
