He is survived by: his wife Leona Anthony Owensby; his son Darrin Owensby (Barbara Ann); his granddaughters, Noelle Owensby and Linda Owensby; and his siblings, Kenneth Ray Owensby, Sr., Sue Hicks, Judy Holland and Sandy Mathis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
