He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Tipton and Gladys Carver Tipton; his wife Evelyn Owensby Tipton; his son Donnie Tipton (Maureen); his siblings, Marlene T. Ward, Grady Tipton (Tamara) and Max Tipton (Michelle); his grandchildren, Brianna Tipton Blake (Daniel) and Matthew Tipton; and his great grandchild Lyla Marie Blake.
