He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Lee VanDyke. He is survived by: his mother Mary Evelyn White VanDyke; his brother Jason VanDyke (Tonia); and his nieces, Avery VanDyke, Emma VanDyke and Graycen VanDyke. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
