Daniel will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Creson and Ida Godwin Creson; and his daughter Melody Ledford. He is survived by: his wife Louise Creson; his stepdaughters, Melissa Coker (Horace) and Stephanie Hollifield (Jonathan); and his siblings, Debbie Creson Kimbel (Bill) and Richard Creson (Tammy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Celebration Center (2170 Rutherford Rd, Marion, NC 28752). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, and at the request of the family, memorial contributions may be made to Medi Home Hospice or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
