She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Shuford and Mary Godfrey Shuford; and her siblings, Rena Watson and Louie Shuford. She is survived by: her husband Robert Ellis Harwood, Sr.; her children, Tina Harwood of Marion, NC, Robert Harwood, Jr. of Point Harbor, NC, Scotty Harwood of Point Harbor, NC and Jason Harwood of Marion, NC; her grandchildren, Stephanie Surratt of Marion, NC, Brooke Gibson of Old Fort, NC and Kaitlin Miller of Marion, NC; her great grandchildren, Travis Miller and Jasper Gibson; and her siblings, Josephine Garland of Marion, NC and Bill Shuford of Marion, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
