He was predeceased by: his parents, David Newton and Patricia Bielas Newton; and his siblings, Betty Newton and Clifford Newton. He is survived by: his daughter Brandy Labossiere (Timothy) of Richlands, NC; his granddaughters, Leanne Witman of Richlands, NC and Brianna Labossiere (Howard) of New Bern, NC; his great grandchild Grayson Labossiere of Richlands, NC; and his siblings, Judy Newton of Sanford, NC and Dennis Newton (Vicki) of Clinton, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and Nephews.
