He was predeceased by: his father Howard McNeill, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Presnell McNeill; his children, Brandy Robbins (Josh), Brandon McNeill, Jeff McNeill and Scott McNeill; his grandchildren, Bree Kelley, Wyatt Bowman, Lucas McNeill and Josh McNeill; his siblings, Loretta Ruch (Denny) and Monte McNeill; and his close friends, Rob Radford, David Ramsey and Jim Ray.
