He is survived by: his wife Peggy Causby Poplin; his children, Kenny Poplin (Siobhan), Christy Poplin Long (Jimmy) and Donnie Poplin (Jennifer); his brother Keith Poplin; and his close friends, Dean Kanipe and Palmer Blankenship. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
