She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Britton and Mary Choban Britton; her husband Dwight Oscar Edwards; her son Dwight Warren Edwards; her granddaughter Mellissa Waldrop; and her great grandchild Logan Maney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Mae Maney (Danny) and Sandra Kay Bass (Todd Alexander); her grandchildren, Cristee Teaster (Brian), Jennifer Maney (PJ), Thomas Edwards (Stephanie), Derek Bass (Amber), Dwight Bass (Cheyenne), Robert Edwards (Deanna), Emily Bass (James Connor) and Brian Sharpe (Amber); her great grandchildren, Mikaela Whitfield, Brody, Elizabeth, Warren, Leeland, Annabelle, Abigail, Lily, Liam, Ellie, Matthew, Rex and Dwight; and also Leslie Butler.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to please make memorial donations to Grace Baptist Church; A.W.A.N.A Program; 930 Shady Ln., Marion, NC 28752, in memory of Elizabeth's love for children.
