He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Presnall Thomas; his son Hughie Thomas of Hendersonville; his granddaughter Samantha Thompson (Mike) of Columbia, TN; his siblings, Glen Thomas, Albert Thomas (Darlene), Bill Thomas (Teresa), Douglas Thomas (Brenda), Carolyn Brewer and Ruby Jenkins; his sister-in-law Penny Thomas; and his close friend Cody Freeman.
