It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Carter of Marion, North Carolina, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parent Cartha Bolick Martin; and her siblings, Ernestine Clay and Micheal Waycaster. She is survived by : her children, Brandi Carter and Jacob Covert (Sierra); her grandchildren, Gabi Carter, Luke Carter and Swae Covert; and her siblings, JoAnn Rabb and Wade Waycaster (Faye). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
