It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Elvert Prince of Marion, North Carolina, born in Copperhill, Tennessee, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Prince and Ola Mae Baker Prince; his daughter Cynthia Renee Price; and his siblings, James Prince and Margie Prince.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Prince; his daughters, Tammy Maria Prince and Erin Nicole Prince (James Barker); his grandchildren, Jesse McHone, Trinity Pressley, Arrien Prince, Hannah Luttrell and Jackie Luttrell; and his caregivers, Trudy McCurry, Lisa Snyder, Stacy McCurry and Ralph Hedrick. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
