He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Burgin and Daisy Brackett; his daughter Patricia Aldridge (Burgin); and his brothers, George and Grover.
He is survived by: his wife Irene; and his son Ronnie. He is also survived by one grandchild; and several great- and great-great grandchildren.
