He is survived by: his wife Joyce Franklin Ledbetter; his children, Carroll Ledbetter of Marion, NC and Denise Jones (Kelly) of Macomb, MI; his grandchildren, Skylar Ledbetter of Nebo, NC, Kaitlyn, Brandon Jones of Macomb, MI and Harley Freshour (Vickie) of Nebo, NC; his great grandchild Harley Freshour II (Jillian) of Jacksonville, FL.; and his sisters, Edna Elliott of Marion, NC, Ethel Reynolds of Wilmington, NC, Diane Dellinger of Shelby, NC and Jean Hill of Marion, NC..
