He is survived by: his father Elmer Lee McIntosh; his daughter Skylar McIntosh (Braxton); his siblings, Amanda Wyatt (Donnie), Marsha Burnette (Jonathan) and Eric McIntosh (Tonya); and his nieces, Natalie and Olivia Burnette.
