He was predeceased by: his mother Sheena McClafferty McGinnis; and his brother William Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Paula Patrick; his pet Trouble; his child Auston James Patrick (Jacquelyn Miner-Patrick); his granddaughter Vivian Wren Miner-Patrick; his father James Albert Patrick Sr.; and his siblings, Lisa Patrick White (Michael), Darrell Curtis (Juanita) and Melissa Curtis. He is also survived by nieces nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Beam Funeral Service & Crematory (2170 Rutherford Rd, Marion, NC 28752). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
