He was predeceased by: his daughter Adena Woody Hillman (Don); and his parents, Carl Woody and Ethel McMahan Woody Hennessee. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Clement Woody; and his children, Bryate Woody (Shari), Edward Woody (Tammy Thornton) and Bill Woody (Charissa). He is also survived by wife, three loving children and eight grandchildren.
