It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Williams of Marion, North Carolina, who passed away on June 1, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Melvin Williams; and his wife Willie Mae Suttles Williams. He is survived by: his children, James Aaron Williams (Janet) and Lugenia Gibson (David); his granddaughter Shannon Lind (Bill); and his sister Jean Ward.
