It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerolene Roberts Helms (Marion, North Carolina), who passed away on March 29, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Tom; her parents, John Roberts and Ellen Cogdill Roberts; her children, Jason "JC" Huffman, Vernon "Lynn" Helms, Terry Helms and Angela Helms; her granddaughter Tammy Carrol; and her sons, Bill Cogdill and Grady Cogdill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Petty of Marion and Debbie Burgin (Ronnie) of Nebo. She is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
