He was predeceased by: his mother Maude Mace Hall; and his siblings, Bob Hall (Loretta), Edith Hall, Joyce Lamb (Johnny) and Jerry Dean Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Jones Hall; his children, Beth Foster (Donald), Amy Hall and Joe Hall (Julie); his grandchildren, Jason Foster, Nick Foster, Megan Foster, Brittany Foster, Grayson Hall and Carter Hall; his great grandchildren, Ella Foster and Fern Foster; and his brother Joe Hall (Frankie).
