She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Waters and Leila Rash Waters; her husband Garland Ray "Sonny" Seagle; and her son Michael Ray Seagle. She is survived by: her children, Michele Padgett (James) and Andrew Seagle (Misty); her grandchildren, Kelly Padgett, Keshia Reed, Brittany Elasik, Daniel Padgett, Madisen Seagle, Laney Seagle and Belle Seagle; her great grandchildren, Tyler Reed, Makenzie Reed, Cameron Reed, Dawson Reed, Christian Sawyer, Gunner Padgett and Dawson Padgett; and her great great grandchildren, Chloe Reed, Bentley Roberts, Oliver Reed and Paislee Roberts.
