He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Gregory and Eva Johnson Gregory; his grandchildren, Chelsea Gregory and Dustin Gregory; and his great grandchild Ryder Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Blankenship Gregory; and his children, Carolyn Vance, Bobby Gregory (Tina), Dale Gregory, Kim Rhodes, Jimmy Gregory, Pat Pinkerton (Larry) and Teritta Gregory. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Sunnyview Freewill Baptist Church (421 Wildlife Lake Rd, Old Fort, NC 28762).
