He is survived by: his wife Rachel Williams Bounds; his children, Chris Bounds (Christina) and Susannah Freeman (Chris); his grandchildren, Matthew Freeman, Jayden Valencia, Justice Valencia, Eli Bounds and Ellie Bounds; and his sister Cathy Bounds Jones.
