He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Manley and Frances Manley. He is survived by: his daughters, Renee Manley (Dylan Donaldson), Victoria Owle and Michelle Riddle (Kyle Riddle); and his brothers, Junior Manley (Lorie), Frank Manley (Peggy), Bill Manley and Eddie Manley (Donna). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
