He was predeceased by: his nephew Aldair Visuet Garcia. He is survived by: his son Jesus A. Mendoza; his parents, Alfonso Mendoza and Maria Corona Escamilla; his godson Edwin Alvarez Morales; and his siblings, Griselda Garcia Corona, Zabulon Mendoza, Imelda Gonzalez Corona and Eduardo Garcia Corona.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar Beam Celebration Center (2170 Rutherford Rd, Marion, NC 28752). A Mass will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Calendar Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church (290 N Garden St, Marion, NC 28752). A burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at the Calendar Murphy's Chapel Cemetery (1189 Old Hwy 10 E, Marion, NC 28752).
