She was predeceased by: her husband Eddie "Spyder" McKinney Jr.; her parents, Donald McCormick and Beulah Bartlett McCormick; and her in-laws, Bill and Joyce Hall McKinney.
She is survived by: her children, Crystal McKinney Martin (Rossi), Adam Elias McKinney and David McKinney (Brittany); her siblings, David McCormick (Ruby), Nadine Stroupe (Larry), Florine Holmes (Ronnie), Kathy Lonon and Debbie Biggerstaff (Phillip); her sister-in-law Carolyn Fay; and her grandchildren, Rylee Parsons, Fairahney McKinney, Enoch McKinney, Elias McKinney and Laythan McKinney. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hankins Baptist Church (2371 Hankins Rd, Marion, NC 28752).
