She is survived by : her husband Gene Lewis; her children, Kellie Vaden (Bruce) and Joseph Condrey; her stepchildren, Eric Lewis and Susan Gibbs (Ronnie); her sister Debbie Crawford; her grandchildren, Jessica Condrey, Phoebe Condrey, Tyler Brinn, Kennedy Wilson, Easton White, Sawyer White and Stephen Hollifield; and her stepgrandchildren, Nicholas Lewis, Tristan Lewis and Cayden Lewis.
