He is survived by: his parents, William Ray Messer and Tina Louise Sisk Messer; his daughter Allie Messer; the mother of his child Macyn Price; his sister Alicia Messer; and his grandmother Thelma Messer. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
