He is survived by: his sons, Mike Reece and Ken Ashe (Linda) of Johnson City, TN; his grandchildren, Ben Capps, Kendall Ashe (Kryssi) of Raleigh, NC, Erica Wolf (Tim) of Johnson City, TN and Ethan Ashe of Hartsville, SC; his siblings, Glen Cody of Kings Mountain, NC, Clyde Cody of Lexington, NC and Linda Rabon (Hal) of Marion, NC; his sister-in-law Nell Ashe of Trinity, NC; and his close friend Peggy Wyatt.
