He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Charles Knowlton and Joyce Lewis Knowlton; and his brothers, Eddie Knowlton and Danny Knowlton. He is survived by: his wife Martha Knowlton; his children, Reba Walker (David), Devin Parker and Kristen Hunter (Chris); his grandchildren, Garrett Knowlton, Ayden Marshburn, Luke Hall (Jessica), David Greene and Justin Hall; his great grandchildren, Adaline Greene, Conner Hall, Jax Hall, Ezekiel Hall, Isaiah Hall and Carter Hall; and his sister Cyndi Patneaude (Mark).
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Beam Funeral Service & Crematory (2170 Rutherford Rd, Marion, NC 28752). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
